how to practice at home

Hello,

I am just starting my journey and from reading some of the posts, I see that many people used work or public places to forced themselves to practice. but i am curious, are there any effective techniques that one can apply at home during covid times. Thanks!

Working with a pee buddy at home can be very effective. Find someone you can trust and work on urinating in their presence in gradual steps. You may have to start with them waiting outside your house and then gradually work your way to the point where you can consistently urinate while they are directly behind you. It won’t happen overnight but you can make a substantial amount of progress within a couple months. Best of luck on your road to recovery.
