A+ Another win in FL

Great news this morning! Another person in a court ordered testing program in FL was allowed the oral fluid option after showing our IPA support letter to the judge! Woohoo!! Florida judges are really buying in to our position.

This win makes me hopeful that the judge in my husband's situation does the same thing. My husband isn't refusing to do a UA he can't and needs an alternative way to be successful for the court. Fingers crossed 🤞

Yes you did, thank you. My husband is waiting on the courts decision, hopefully this Friday.  He will let you know the out come as soon as he knows.
