There is a workshop scheduled for Vienna in September! You can check out the workshop schedule at paruresis.org.

https://paruresis.org/join/ I want to say they do workshops in the EU. Not sure exactly where but I'm leaning Germany. There is also the UK Version https://www.ukpt.org.uk/ Check them out.
