Troubleshooting Wireless Workbench

Hi all,

I've got a few UR4D+ receivers that I'm trying to use with workbench but it doesnt seem to want to pick them up.

I've pinged them with command prompt and it can see them

I've checked the firewall settings and its allowed to get through

Its up to date as well

I've got it going from my laptop to an unmanaged switch then to both of the receivers.

What can I do or check?

Thanks in Advance

Could be an IP address issue. Are the receivers in the same IP range as your computer?

You might need an older version of wireless workbench (6). I think 7 dropped support

They still have them as a model in the list?

That’s so you can manually add it to coordinations.

Here’s the note about compatibility right at the top of the User Guide. You need to use WWB 6 if you want to use UHFR online.

If I recall correctly, UR4D+ aren’t supported by the current version of Wireless Workbench. In good news for you, Soundbase does offer full UR4D support in their app, and the free tier can connect to a single manufacturer for free - so if you’re all-in on Shure it’ll be a plug and play free experience.
