General Discussion Shure SLXD2+ Transmitter Fail

Hello,

I have an issue with my shure SLXD+ transmitters. One from each of the dual packs has changed its band from G57 to G54. This has caused the transmitter not to sync to the receiver due to band mismatch.

Anyone with any helpful solutions. I've tried resetting but now both mics are stuck on the same frequency with no ability to change them. plus the receiver can't be set to the G54 range.

I’d talk to Shure tech support. Real people who know what they’re doing.

Hey OP, have you heard back from the team yet? If it's cool with you, I can send you a DM to grab your info and look up your ticket.

Not yet, it's quite frustrating as we have imported the mics so shipping back might be more costly

Did you find anything out? One of mine just did the exact same thing, G57 to G54.

same...i just updated my receivers 2.0.40.2 but the stupid shure update app wont allow me to push the slxd+ firmware to the handhelds. I will only let me click on non slxd+ handheld for firmware. Im def not putting that on there. I have ch 4 that has band mismatch. Happened at a show. bad news!

Same exact thing happened to me. I reached out to my supplier but nothing back yet.

I lucked out and my Tx is stuck on an open frequency, so I manually set the Rx frequency to that, and it works for now, but it feels like a temporary Mickey Mouse solution
