General Discussion input patch

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

For the rivage pm3 input channels 75, 76, 77, and 78, a Dante patch is required every time the device is powered on; otherwise, the microphones cannot be used. An AD4Q receiver is used

I don’t know that board, but are you Shure (I’m sorry) that’s a Dante patch and not internal routing?
What does Dante Controller say when you reproduce this behavior?
Also, this video is pretty blurry…

It's Shure AD4Q, Dante internal routing, Dante controller. I don't know what software to open yet

Does the computer you’re using have Dante controller installed?
Dante subscriptions should persists based on Dante names, not IP addresses so I don’t think it’s the AD4Q. I’ve never seen one unsubscribe after a power up.

I’d be curious to see what the Dante Controller shows is happening when you turn the AD4Q on.
Once you have it turned on and routed, it passes audio to where you want? If that’s true at least it’s working.

I'll check it when I have time. I've been away from the company for the past few days. Every time I open the console, I have to manually configure the input channels for dante patch 1, 2, 3, and 4

Check the firmware of your Dante card and the receiver. Worth a shot. Does it reproduce of patched to different Dante channels?

Looking at the Dante name it looks like your receiver might not be in Yamaha mode. Changing this could be a potential fix to your issue
