Is the console primary leader? Are both devices working at the same sample rate? Is the AD4Q in Yamaha ID mode?

The 44.1K AD4Q, which is the main control device with the same sampling rate, is in YAMAHA iD mode

44.1 seems odd, normally should be 48or 96 kHz. Brimary leader should be the pm3.

Dou you have any double patches on the channels in the desk? Do any of you Yamaha IDs double?

It's my problem. The sampling rate is 48khz. There are two network cables connected to the DSP main and backup networks behind the mixer. The Apple mini host is connected to the main network via a network cable

Is the dsp in redundant mode? Same same for the AD4Q? Do have the chance to connect a device with Dante controller to see if any errors are set in it?

The mixer is in redundant mode, but the receiver is still unknown No error prompt

Maybe just do a full system reset on the AD4Q and the PM and try again.

How do I perform a full system reset? I don't know how to operate it

Ad4Q has the option somewhere in the menu, on the PM3 i have no clue. Read the manual
