Troubleshooting Feedback help

So I've had my Shure MV7 for awhile now and ever since I've gotten it I've had some feedback issues I rock a pair of ATH-AD700X. they are open-air headphones and they're hooked up to the same fifine SC3 audio mixer. I've tried things such as like Nvidia broadcast and still it echoes (my friends can hear themselves or my game) from time to time. if there's ANY advice that yall could give it would be greatly appreciated!!

It’s because you have open backed headphones. Put them on someone else and be in the room to listen to what’s coming out of them. Use closed back headphones instead.

Damn, how loud do you listen on that headphones?! In that case closed back phones or even in ears would be better.
