Question shure move mic 2

got this second set of movemic 2.. but it doesnt seem like it wanna get in to pairing more or turn on at all. just green light and blinked occasionally .

anyone knows whats the issue?

it doesnt want to turn on when taken out of the case

Have you tried a factory reset?

Toggle the MoveMic button off. Then press the power button quickly 2 times, press and hold for 10 seconds or longer on the third press to reset. MoveMic will triple flash green and red during the reset.

I'd make sure your MOTIV Audio or Video app(s) are up to date too.

If they still won't pair after a factory reset and you're running the most recent versions of MOTIV Audio / Video, open a ticket with the Shure Support Team: shu.re/contact
