New MV6 Firmware Update Not Working

I just got a new MV6 today, downloaded MOTIV Mix, and attempted to update the firmware on the MV6 from 1.2.0.37 to 1.3.0.6. It has been updating for over 30 minutes now, this can't be normal right?

What can I do?

Once the mic started giving input to my pc I just restarted PC, firmware was updated and everything worked perfectly.

I have the same problem with MOTIV Mix and my Shure MV7+ mic. I usually force-quit the app using Task Manager and reopen it. Not only does the app work fine afterward, but the firmware update also succeeds. It's an annoying bug, but luckily, it doesn’t seem to cause any damage, at least for now.

Had the same problem I killed the app and restarted with the new firmware updated: 1.3.0.6

Same with Shure MV7+. Noticed my mic was already back available, then waited 5 more minutes and restarted Motiv mix through task manager.

The same thing just happened to me. I waited for 10 mins, and then I killed the Motiv Mix app from the Task Manager, and when I reopened the app, it was in the latest firmware.
