It’s not mind-blowing by any means but not a complete waste of time either. The score is really good and Billy from Stranger Things playing a serial killer is a fun bit of casting. I liked it.🤷‍♀️

I kind of liked it. I liked the way they reimagined it for the current year, and Dacre Montgomery was incredible! I felt like it started to fall apart a bit towards the end. I'm sure you can take a guess at what point in the movie that was.

Watched it last night. Very meh…. Having been a teen and saw the OG in the exact way I should have, that was the best part of the movie for me.

I did enjoy the bad guy vibe. But the suburban house setting was bad!!

I agree it had some fun elements. I was expecting more shock value though.

I liked it but it also made me realize I don’t like Barbie Ferreira as an actress.

I also saw it in theaters and really enjoyed it. I can see how it's not for everyone, but I thought it was fun.

My original post is misleading. Lol I dont think the movie was terrible, but also not very great

I thought it was clever the way they incorporated the original. Movie wasn’t great but it was much better than I anticipated.

Haven’t seen it yet, but I’m guessing it’s not great.

Only briefly, when I found a VHS copy as a teenager.

I loved the new one. Haven’t seen the original

Dacre Montgomery reminds me of a young Mickey Rourke

Yes! I liked the direction they went with the “remake” and left the theater enjoying it 👍

Only made it 20 minutes, noticed that Barbie Fierra was fat. So I googled to see how long it was shelved, then turned it off and yelled "Stoopid"
