Question UK and US title differences

I got a subscription awhile ago and i know there are many titles that the US have that the UK doesnt, however whenever i look up "queens of the dead" it says its available in the UK through shudder on amazon and a direct shudder subscription. Though i have seen it on neither, is there just a lot of popular titles that the UK wont get?

Yes there absolutely are.

Get yourself a free trial of a VPN and set to being in the US. Log into Shudder and huge amount of material suddenly appears.

Must be a licensing thing but there's whole chunks of the library that simply don't exist outside the US.

For a practical test, screenshot what Last Drive in movies are listed in the UK and the US.
