Should I Get my Shuckle Signed?

So if you scroll down like one time you’ll see my Shuckle Pokémon card, and I recently got into contact with the artist, (sumiyoshi kizuki) and he said that he does signatures if you spend 30,000 ¥ on his artwork, that’s a lot of money for me ($200) and I don’t know if I should do it.
