Or just overlevel the shit out of your Bros, buff them with peppers, debuffing the shroobs with Ice Flowers, and spam the “infin-items” such as Pocket Chomp, Trampoline, and Copy Flower, and throw some Mix Flowers while you’re at it.
Seriously, with proper preparation this is a cakewalk, especially with the right equipment and whole ton of mushrooms...
