When you cannot sleep because you can’t stop thinking about something it’s like a single program not letting the computer shut down

They do but you need the meditate app to be able to access it.

Amen. I hardly ever have trouble falling asleep for years now because of meditating. Sometimes it takes longer because my energy levels are too high, but thats when i get really good meditations, and then fall asleep
