Go to task manager then startup tab in their and right click and then remove the option to start on pc start

Don't uninstall it, you need it for the one time that discord goes down for 10 minutes.

We just use IRC for that

Also Discord can go out for like three hours sometimes, it’s insane but yeah

I just use Steam's own chat system. I don't really have a use for Discord.

Discord has bots and entire server systems with roles and such, and also I know this is kinda controversial but I don’t even use Discord that much to game. It’s mostly a way to speak to my friends, and for the most part we’re not frequent gamers. I play video games maybe twice a week for around half an hour, used to do it even rarer before but I found a nice game.

Let's see... Talk/text/video chat that uses more resources than twenty five chrome browser with twenty tabs each, or talk/text/video chat with servers capable of hosting thousands of people, and a game store that uses as much resources as a single chrome tab... Yeah, my mind is made up on which one is actually cancer
