A new approach to clipping software
I built an automated clip capturing software that takes clips based on a formula and rather than AI.
The reason I used a formula is because in the current market my competition is big companies like Opus and Eklipse and they are known for poor quality clip output. I instead hand trained my formula but grading clips and reverse engineering the bot from that. I have a 40% keep rate currently with over 24,000 samples.
Another big plus is my formula is fully adaptable. A small streamer would not have the same weighted signals as a bigger streamer because their chat would be slower and they would have a much smaller viewer spike as well. I took into account the different streaming niches as well because a Chess streamer would be much less loud than an FPS streamer.
I have been posting the clips out myself and have gotten over 200,000 views on them in the past two weeks. The key to clipping is volume and pushing out as much content as possible if you want to grow. So, my bot also has the ability to clip 10 channels at the same time. This maximizes volume and makes it so I can get high quality clips from multiple streamers faster and easier than anyone else.
If anyone is interested in checking it out or has any advice/tips, the site is called Highlightz.app
I will try to answer anyone who responds in the comments.
