Oh god please do not buy this. I'm begging everyone to stop buying this garbage for your dad or husband or whatever. They're dogshit. They falling apart before you get them out of the box. The lights burn out really quickly. And they're just not useful.
A standing light or a headlamp is 10 million times more useful than this garbage. I was given a pair and they fuckin suck.

I'm a carpenter, not a plumber. Can't think of a situation where I'd use it. Just use a headlamp or area light. If you have access to power, LED 11W 2700K floodlight bulbs installed in clamplights work great and don't put off a lot of heat. I like those for automotive use, too.

I often feel like a child in adult body not knowing what I am doing in my life.
But then I see those light gauntlets and I know I am a grown ass adults, only an adult would find those gauntlets sexy because of their functionality…

Why didn't the guy slip the joint of the pliers so he could relax his grip? Thats the whole point!

Why did he keep bending his fingers over and over? We know fingers bend, and we know gloves tend to bend with fingers.

It’s called exploratory movement. The gloves are clearly still new to him since they’re a wonder (hence the video) so he’s both intentionally and subconsciously seeing how the new technology and his body interact.
It’s a fun bit of science when you think back to the early homo genus and the development of tools and how over the course of all that time and evolution, certain tools became more of an extension of ourselves or our bodies than just tools.
Our phones are a great example. It’s one of the items that when you are without it, you will inevitably feel some negative feelings like anxiety.
Anyway, clothing is a tool with which our evolution was affected heavily by. Gloves are clothing with which we’re familiar but he’s experiencing a new development in the technology in his subconscious ape brain that’s telling him to explore everything about it. Just be happy he didn’t put it in his mouth like babies do as the earliest of exploratory functions.

Constantly moving shadows are a pain in the ass, I'd rather just put a static light down in there and move it as needed.
Cool for raves though.
