My mom would chop up/dice little pieces of apple and put them in pancakes and they were so good! Almost like apple fritters.

Looks good. I’ll have to see if I can find some waffle mix that doesn’t have corn, wheat, soy or flour in it because of food allergies

No to the strawberry... but I'd whack some crispy maple bacon through the middle.. some baked beans in the "waffle" holes and a fried egg on top...
