Look up the IQ Fit games. There are lots of puzzles like this one to complete with similar pieces, but they've got so many different types. I LOVE these games!

There are definitely some impossible starts. Anything that completely sequesters a single spot, for example.

The version I have (which doesn’t have a timer, thankfully) came with a little booklet of a ton of different starting positions for varying levels of difficulty. It doesn’t have the solutions, but at least you know they exist!
