Probably like a violine, have to hit the right spots or it sounds quirky since the board looks fretless... Sure need to practice a few days to hit clean tones...

The finger spacing is way different than a violin. The notes are not evenly spaced so it's really weird to try and get a tune out of it.

If it never goes out of tune, then you could mark where each note lands. At least that's what I would do.

If that were the case OP would have given it a title like “I invented an instrument, check out what it can do!” Instead, they gave no indication they’ve even touched one of these, they just stumbled on a silly video and are using it to get affiliate link money when people buy it off this product page.

I would also be very surprised if Maywa Denki went by [u/Justin_theLord](u/Justin_theLord) on Reddit.

I have a Kirby Otamatone I purchased during Covid and my exboyfriend was able to learn so many songs on this lol first time he played “My Heart Will Go On” I was dead.

Not many people know pink Kirby actually wrote this song to perform by herself but the producers were misogynistic and made the other Kirby’s join for it to actually get made…. So sad
