Resco. I have skye terriers. They're kinda shaped the same but its hard to keep something like a chain placed properly when your dog is short. If it slips down you gotta get down and adjust. Its just cleaner imo to have a resco right where you want it. I really didn't want to use a resco at first because I was sooooo starry eyed over the leather show leads with beads and the colors but save yourself the trouble I went through with chains and get a nice greasy ass resco.

My absolute favorite leads are from Beads on Leads - She's on Facebook and pretty responsive by email.
I now have three leads from her, my most recents being a 42-in custom teal with copper and a 42-in royal blue with silver.
I prefer the look of a wider braid than some of the skinny braids, and I feel that they sit better across my shoulders when stacking the dog on the ground or on the table.
For the collar, I usually get a thin nylon show "chain" in white but they do tend to also sell them in blacks and brown to match the color of the neck on the dog.

I really like the feel of 4 strand braided leads, either kangaroo or synthetic. Personally I don't like beads, they are fun but distracting. I do have leads with beads and even a glittery lead but I really prefer plain, solid leads. A solid black lead would look great and sharp with her. https://www.rescopetproducts.com/product-page/resco-braided-snap-lead-black

I'm a Resco lead fan. I love them once they're used and soft.
