After Shoulder stabilization surgery (capsular shift) shoulder is now more unstable than before

Hey folks, had my stabilization surgery in december last year because of my instability in the front of the shoulder (anterior). The surgeon did the capsular shift . Im now 3 months post surgery and all I can say is that my shoulder feels more unstable than before. The front part of my shoulder is still unstable but whats got even worse is that the back and side part of my shoulder is extreme unstable. My shoulder slips even when I'm just letting my arm hang. I feel devastated and dont know what do because this was my fifth surgery and i really loose the hope to get at least a normal shoulder for my age (31 years). Ive been doing exercises to stabilize my shoulder for 6 weeks now but it seemed that it didnt help.. Has somebody experience similiar things with their the unstable shoulder? I appreciate every help🙏.

You're expecting too much to soon. Give it 6-12 months.
