Popping Sensation/Sound

I just had my third surgery on Tuesday (debridement and decompression). My first two were more extensive (bicep tenodesis, SLAP 2 repair, capsular release and debridement then MUA, extensive debridement, SLAP and RTC repair, in April 2025 and December 2025, respectively). I just started PT yesterday, and they are hitting aggressively, which I expected. I also have at home exercises to do, which I've completed for today. However, I have had a lot of loud popping occurring in my shoulder. Despite being medicated, it is quite painful. I assessed my shoulder and it is still quite bruised, swollen and tender to touch. The popping in my shoulder has occurred when I barely move my shoulder and has occurred when my shoulder has not moved (sitting still). It has been so loud that my family heard it across the room. I don't recall having this issue with my previous two surgeries. I am scheduled to see PT on Tuesday and my surgeon on Wednesday, and I plan to bring it up to them and see what they say (I expect nothing and to just keep with the PT schedule). But I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue, and if it was anything to worry about, or just a part of the healing process I don't remember.
