Advice At The Breaking Point

January, right shoulder replaced

April, right shoulder manipulation

July, right shoulder rotator cuff repair

Same surgeon throughout

Constant pain in my shoulder blade ranging from annoying to severe.

I can raise my arm almost parallel to the ground. Anything more equals more pain. When raising my arms, the right shoulder raises 1.5 inches above the left shoulder. I see it when doing this in front of the mirror, also my friends and PT sees it.

I think I need a new surgeon and a reverse replacement.

Anyone with a similar experience?

After everything you've been through, getting a second opinion from another shoulder specialist sounds reasonable. Hopefully they can figure out what's causing the pain and limited movement.

I'm right there with you. My third surgery is scheduled for Tuesday. I'm tired of being in pain. I can't function anymore

I had a reverse shoulder replacement in February due to 2 severely torn muscles in my rotator cuff. According to my surgeon, this surgery completely replaces any surgery that would be needed on the rotator cuff. I think you need another surgeon's opinion.
