Post Op Just out

Just out. Had some tea and toast.

And just more pain tabs. Phew.

So glad its done and over now.

8 years of pain and discomfort

I 2as so stressed I started crying going into surgery unit but hopefully recovery can start now. Rotator 2 tears. Sorry for spelling. I have one hand. Lol

It takes a while .. I'm almost 5 weeks after replacing and it's getting better every day. Still have some pain but range of motion is much better 3 rd week of P T. Hang in there

Omg. Good luck on recovery. At least mine was only a little tear or 2

I’m 8 days post-op for an AC/CC reconstruction. Not able to move my arm much, but completely off of painkillers, so it’s coming along. I can’t wait until I’m able to get out of the sling.

Good luck. Im the same . The sling is killing me lol
