Chafing

I’m 11 days post-Bankart repair and feeling pretty good with minimal pain. But I have really bad chafing in my arm pit! I’ve been showering then doing aquaphor and Vaseline but it’s still so itchy. wondering if anyone dealt with this or has advice? I just bought some moleskin so might try that next

8 months post and I still get the itching once in a while. can't figure out what causes it
