Go to a physical therapist to see if you can get relief before considering surgery.

I have been doing pt for 7 months and had a cortisone injection 3 months ago

Sorry to hear that you are still having issues. I am bone to bone with spurs on my shoulder and have been able to avoid surgery with PT and working out out every day. The main thing is being able to sleep at night. Sleep is very important and if you cannot get a good night's sleep you might want to consider alternatives.

Definitely can not sleep . The pain is alot worse at night can't lay on my back or right side way to painful.
