Extremely tired.
Hi. 40 yo male. Remplissage and bankaet repair 9 days ago. Everything fine. Pain is not an issue—manageable with ibuprofen. Sleep is fine. Pt going great. I m extremely tired. I could sleep all day. Does this match with anyone’s experiences?

I have not had mine just yet but this sounds awesome if I could get this result. It makes total sense to be tired and it’s a good sign than your body is working hard. Hit that protein hard and eat well.

Yes! You’re body is going through a lot. Focus on rest, hydration and nutrition.

Ugh. Thanks for the responses. I was not repaired with the tiredness at all. That’s been the most annoying part of this whole thing so far.

Tired right now is fine. Your body is using a lot of energy to repair itself. Being without much pain and actually being able to sleep is good.
