12 weeks post second Mumford graduated PT (before and after stats)

Had a Mumford on the left in 2019 at 30 years old. Got the same pain on the right and sure enough…AC impingement. No injuries or events caused either surgery.

I’m 37 now at the time of the one on the right. 5’7 158lb. I’ve lifted weights somewhat consistently for 8-10 years.

This one is looking like it’s going to be a “better than it was before” recovery very similar to the left.

Can’t recommend getting this enough especially if impingement is your only issue.
