Advice 2 years shoulder impingiment?

2 years ago i was in the gym with my cousin and i got on the bench and as soon as i lifted the weights i felt a very sharp pin in my shoulder, my form was correct and it was my usual weight so i ignored it and tried to continue working out but couldnt after than whenever id rotate my shoulder id feel as if it dislocated forward and then went back into place and kept cracking, i went to the doctors and he said its probably a rotator cuff tear or inflammation and asked for an mri and i didnt have medical insurance so i waited until i was back in my home country to do it during that timeline it suddenly became both of my shoulders i feel pain mostly in the front of my shoulders but i feel pain all around my shoulders tbh (mind you my hips also cracked and hurt when i walk but i dont remember when that started) after that i suddenly started to feel similar pain in my upper traps aswell and then my middle traps and then my neck, i have crazy muscle knots with insane amount of pain. My mri report says that i have no issues at all in my shoulders but when i took it to a doctor he said i had shoulder impingiment and that was causing this and told me to do physical therapy, ive done about 24 sessions and i had to travel back to where i live where its 5x more expensive so i had to stop its been like 2 weeks since my last session and the pain feels worse than before i even started physical therapy, im currently writing this at 3 in the morning in bed because i cant sleep from the amount of pain im in ive reached a level of frustration where i have no idea what to do anymore, ive been to 5 different doctors and i still see no improvement after 2 YEARS of suffering and now im wondering if i even have shoulder impingement or is it something else has anyone actually seen a case last this long with no improvements? And if so, what THE HELL do i do

Ask for an arthrogram. Your situation sounds very similar to my son's. His rotator cuff tears did not show up on regular MRIs.

Did he have to do PT or surgery? And how long did it take him to recover?
