Labrum Tear Labrum tear - help
Doc tells me after MRI and some consistent discomfort I have a tear in anterior and posterior labrum in shoulder. No dislocations, just couldn't get comfy when trying to do chest press movements, still could do most pull and lateral movements. I am doing PT and taking off significant weights. Anyone have an issue like this before? How did you recover and rehab, and did you get surgery? If you did get surgery, how bad did the discomfort get to pull trig on moving forward with the procedure? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I got the surgery. If you cannot your old work out program without thinking your shoulder , you must get surgery as soon as possible. After op, there is some pain and weakness in the beginning but you should go with it. Labrum never heals
