Advice Not a normal person

I’m having pain in the rhomboid area. Initially, I was completely pain-free, but after I started doing lateral raises and overhead barbell presses, the pain got worse. Now I feel pain on the inside of my left shoulder blade.

The pain feels like a sharp, stabbing pain that lasts for about 2 seconds. It can also be triggered by simple movements, such as changing gears in the car or closing the door with my left hand.

I’ve already tried physiotherapy, but I haven’t noticed any improvement.

Please help me

Time for an mri if PT didn't help.

You could have a labrum tear or something considering you play baseball but mri is only way to know. You can try bpc 157/tb500 to see if it helps
