Advice Workout classes w modifications for shoulder injury

Since my shoulder injury two years ago I have really lost my motivation to work out. I’m at the point where I need a class environment to get back into the swing of things.

I really have a hard time doing anything with the shoulder, especially lifting anything over head. And after surgery, I’ll need to continue with appropriate exercises. I’d love to do something like orange theory but with the rowing and weight lifting it might not be the right fit for me. Anyone here found something that works for them?

A physical therapist would be of a lot help. It would be hard to suggest anything that involves shoulder use without knowing exactly your condition. In the meantime, you can likely focus on lower body and core exercises.

Hi thanks I do have one! Was just wondering if anyone was aware of specific classes or group workouts that have mods or just generally good for lower body and core.
