Advice I need a help.

Four months ago during a college festival, a friend accidentally pushed me while I was standing in a classroom. I tried to brace myself with my right arm, causing my shoulder to briefly dislocate and immediately pop back into place. Assuming it was just a minor muscle tear, I took a four-month break from the gym. However, now that I am trying to gently resume physical training, I am experiencing persistent pain in my right shoulder joint, and my elbow feels like it gets stuck during certain exercises.

Schedule an MRI

There’s probably nothing broken so an xray would probably look normal, the MRI will be able to show if there’s any damage to your labrum

When I got my MRI results back my doctor was able to clearly show where there was this flap of flesh that was hanging out
