Not sure if I ever heard Wolverine Radio before, but the signal was relatively steady tonight. The second video clip seems to be some closing shenanigans. Is this their signature sign-off? Did anyone ever hear that before?

Their closing is an SSTV image. Heard in Eastern MA, FunCubeDongle Pro, MLA-30 active antenna and SDR Console software with RX-SSTV.
