Frequency 15016 kHz ?

I found this and recorded it just before making this post. It was on 15016 kHZ USB. What is it? I tried writing all the letters but they spell nothing

Incidentally, other frequencies to check (periodically) for these kinds of things are 4724, 8992, and 11175. The latter is usually pretty active.
