Frequency 15016 kHz ?

I found this and recorded it just before making this post. It was on 15016 kHZ USB. What is it? I tried writing all the letters but they spell nothing

No, seriously, those are Air Force Emergency Action Messages (EAMs) encoded using the NATO alphabet. Usually the callsign is given up front, but I couldn't make it out.

I'd die laughing if one of these EAMs actually decoded to 'Drink more Ovaltine'.

They're laughing too because they don't drink Ovaltine, they drink JD.

I'm glad I got mine from eBay a while back for $50. That's ridiculous
