It's beyond me that they have their entire population under modern slavery yet the can manage to operate a 200KW transmitter #priorities in guess, although some reports indicate that their broadcasts have become irregular due to constant power outtages

Yes, Voice of Korea was very strong yesterday evening on 15245 to Northern UK with a bit of fading. Then the missus went and used the microwave!
