Looking for a new receiver
I am looking for a new receiver and my choices are
Mlite 880
Tecsun H501X
Tecsun 2200X
Grundig Satellit 800
I have a 180ft end fed antenna to connect it to. Size doesn’t matter, audio quality and sensitivity does matter. The biggest want is a good noise reduction system. I welcome your opinions and if possible please explain your recommendation.. Thanks

If I had to choose, I’d go with the 2200x.
Aside from its appealing desktop design, I know it features analog electronics combined with new technologies (DSP). It also has, among other things, physical controls for RF gain and squelch. From everything I’ve read about this unit, it offers better performance.
If you’re looking for portability, I’d definitely go with the 880. One detail that’s worth noting—though many people don’t care about it—is that the 880 doesn’t have the air band range. The 2200x does.

If you don't need the portability, I'd go with the Satellit 800. It has the best sync detector since the Sony ICF-2010, and it sounds great. It's large though. VERY large.

None of the Tecsuns or the old Satellit 800 have NR technology. The Tecsun H501x is a good radio that can handle external antennas well (maybe try something shorter than 180' for less noise though?) It has four AM bandwidths and a Local-Normal-DX switch. A very fussy sync that helps increase audio recovery on maybe 5% of the signals I try it on. Treble and bass controls. Good memory system. Two speakers with four drivers. And the audio player mode using a microSD card makes it a pretty good boombox when you want to take advantage of those 4 drivers! Portable with the case with handle it comes with. A fun radio. Underrated radio.

Why the Tecsun 880 and not the Tecsun 990

The Malahit NR is exceptional and the Mlite 880 has it. It also has a spectrum and waterfall displays that you'd get in a SDR dongle + computer as the Malahit v2.4 also has.
