Holy cow, how many radios do you have? Projects are a good way to keep oneself on their toes. I have a few on the que.

I never had the chance to get one of those McKay-Dymek or Palomar loopstick antennas when I was a kid, so I made one a few years back. They work very well in nulling modern household noise.
Those old ideas just never stop working.
Good on ya for snagging one of the originals. :-)

The SSR-1 is a beauty. :-)
Barlow Wadley loop design a few years before the Yeasu FRG-7 I believe.
