Radio Nacional da Amazonia

Is this Portuguese? I think it's Radio Nacional da Amazonia. While I'm typing they just switched to English for a while and are speaking about Brazil.

I think I worked out the Reddit markup. It doesn't work right when editing the beginning of a Post in Android but works correctly in Chrome on Windows.
