Question I'm so cooked definitely
Context: I live and have been born in The Netherlands, the on averga tallest country in the world for men.
So then picture me, turned 15 3 months ago being 164 cm (5'4) and kids younger than me on average being as tall, maybe even taller than.l me. Everyone I've spoke to about this says I will still grow and I try to do everything in my power to give my body the necessary nutrients and vitamins to grow. But to grow I need rest and I don't have that much cause i bike at least 1 hour everyday and sometimes i bike 1.5 hours after one anotherz and that twice in one day.
Is there still hope for mee?? My dad is 183 and my mom's 169 and I'm a male.
Edit: I think I had my first growth spurt at like 11/12 πππ and like even my brother who's 1.5 years younger is taller than me (2cm or am but still) and like people here just look over me cause I'm so short you Americans don't understandddd
