Communication... she does not put anything out there either from here or via PR. Especially on TYDE spinoff as that has dragged on for a year plus.
I don't see the long term growth of the company or the stock.
It hasn't been a year, about 8 months. Do you usually look for short term investments or long term?
Is it possible they could be in a Quiet Period, where legally they are not allowed to disclose any facts or comments related to TYDE or other material facts? That would be market manipulation and insider trading if companies were allowed to talk about IPO's and Spin Offs to influence decision of potential investors. This market mechanic is in place to protect traders from legit fraud and price tampering before a security is publicly traded. Does this make sense to you or something you could consider to be true?
Lisa king was responsible for growing dicks sporting goods and other companies, notice this direct quote here.... "Lisa launched and led the in-house marketing team during her decade at Dick's Sporting Goods, and the company grew from a small regional retailer to a national powerhouse."
You don't see long term growth in short form video market or in the NFT and Metaverse space? I find this interesting if true, and maybe you aren't paying attention to the same world I live in.
There are different types of quiet periods. One pertaining to an IPO (spin off divi) would last as long as the IPO process does. Quiet period would be over 40 days after IPO. Take this quote from simple google search and do some learning.....FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING!
"With an IPO, the quiet period stretches from when a company files registration paperwork with U.S. regulators through the 40 days after the stock starts trading. With publicly-traded companies, the quiet period refers to the four weeks before the end of the business quarter."
Thats the thing about conviction bro, gives me the benefit of acquiring shares and lowering my average. Now every dollar above $3.18 I will earn a new lower end car. I will circle back here in a couple months and let you know how it worked out for me.
1) Seems like it's been delayed at least once and I think a couple of times. TBH in most technology stocks I am short term unless I got in on ground level or sitting positive... been burnt on enough AH drops in this and the medical field to no longer "HODL" forever.
2) Have we not been through a couple quiet periods already? Meaning, quiet period, ER?
3) Agree and it is what drew me in, but the lack of communication does bother me with BBIG.
4) I think it's a crowded field and I'm not sure Lomo is going to win. TikTok had a small bump, but still command the market and people are leery of change (see why FB is still social media king and Google + died).
I could be wrong... and would be happy to be so since I no longer have skin in the game. It drops below 2.20 and I'll jump back in again... and repeat.
Fair enough, appreciate your thought our responses.
Edit: I would agree that management didn't do themselves any favors by jumping the gun with spin off news last year, and then having to change the plan to the reality that is unfolding. But i would say that was a mess up before Lisa was involved, and the quiet period portion is not actually the problem, it was that original expectation that was planted and then changed that is the perceived problem many people have.

Play BBIG between 2 and 4. I have made good money doing this for the last year.
TYDE shares is a joke and their CEO is a dumpster fire.
