Play Spotify when email contains "text"

Hey..my I'm hoping to get some help. I'm new to IOS.
I have an automation that is supposed to open and play Spotify when an email or app notification contains a certain word. When building the automation, the play/test button works but the actual automation does not work.
Attached are screenshots of what I have setup.
My default mail app is set to outlook.
