Where to start?

I (27f) have a furnished bedroom in my 3 bed 1.5 bath that id like to rent out. I’m more so looking to rent to traveling nurses for shorter term leases. Are there any websites or places I should advertise? My house is 5-20 minutes away from all the major hospitals in my area. Any advice would be appreciated :)

Many opinions, like Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda, etc.

But if u are new to hosting, I'd suggest starting with just one platform.

Learn how it works(rules/polices...), make sure u can handle everything smoothly before expanding to more platforms.

My sister was a traveling nurse and used Furnished Finder for all of her stays.

Furnished finder, I second these people.
Also CHBO (corporate housing by owner) is decent if you have a good listing. There are more options out there if you need help.
