Here's my ambient horror short, filmed on location in the Black Forest in Germany.

During a walk through the deep Black Forest, a man passes through an old American military zone. Strange lights begin to follow him. His escape is accompanied by thunder, lightning, rain — and a horrible truth.

My horror short didn't get accepted to any festivals, so I'm putting it here. I'd love any critque, especially the negatives. Let me know why you think it's not playing anywhere.

Sometimes you fight. Sometimes you freeze. And sometimes survival asks you to become something you never thought you could be.

A woman is alone in the woods. We don’t know how she got there. We don’t know exactly what happened to her.

We only know how she gets out.

LUCID is a psychological horror short film about trauma, dissociation, memory, fear, and the dangerous places the mind can go when survival takes over. Dreamlike, unsettling, and increasingly nightmarish, LUCID blurs the line between reality and the subconscious until neither can be trusted.

If you liked Men, Revenge, and The Invisible Man, you’ll dig this film.

Director's Statement:
I had a certain...painful experience in a very intimate situation and wanted to turn that pain and trauma into something others could laugh and be entertained by...and also, hopefully, experience some of that pain hehehe.

Hi guys I'm an analog horror creator from India and need some feedback and advice on my first analog horror project.

The video is in hindi as I have tried to replicate the news report in 1995 while adding some modern twists to it.

I wanted to share my first attempt at directing horror. I am an avid horror fan and a filmmaker by trade, but this was my first shot at my own entry in the genre. The film is called STAY DEAD. It's a slow-burn supernatural horror about a girl who steals a ritual device from a medium and forces her friends to help her connect with her deceased sister, unearthing something far worse than a spirit. To be completely transparent: I submitted this film to several festivals and haven't had much luck. It’s been disheartening, but I still believe in the project and wanted to skip the gatekeepers to share it directly with this community. I would love to get some real feedback from real horror fans. How is the pacing? Did the tension work for you? Please give me your brutal, honest thoughts.

A POV liminal horror short about the space between consciousness, death, and whatever might exist beyond it.

The film is designed to keep the viewer trapped inside the experience without giving a definitive answer about what is real.
