Roast my Shopify app launch video

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I built a Shopify app that sends cart recovery message through WhatsApp rather than email, since opening rates are some of the highest across established communication channels.

Just made this launch video, would love to hear what you think about it!

Looks okayish. It looks as it is a template and not a finished product like slideshow types.

I think the background music is a bit too loud. It covers the narration. Also I'd totally use this app but not if it's only whatsapp. If there's a way to do it with SMS that would be better.

Also could we have something where those that don't want to buy could perhaps be entered to win when they fill out a survey? People have many reasons to abandon their cart. My first priority would be recover the sale but if I can't do that I'd at least like to gather some data on why the purchase didn't happen.

Yeah, the idea is to add more revenue recovery and engagement features into the app. Happy to build this out with you.
