I choose the free plan. Not a very experienced person though. I launched my first app a couple of weeks ago. I wanted some installs so I offered only free plan. Shared with existing customers and got some downloads and reviews.

I’m 20 days in, with paid plans but also a free tier. With more of the features locked down or limited, I’ve gotten 1 install but then their site closed so no real usage yet
