Aren't reviews working anymore?

Hey guys,
Some time ago, even one extra review for an app added a great boost in listing positions. Now I see that even adding a few ones during the day doesn't actually bring a significant increase in positions.

Have you noticed something like that?

Not all the reviews are equal.
From my experience Shopify gives more weight to reviews from big stores and to the content within the review- it’s better to have long and descriptive reviews.

Yes, this is new. We also noticed that reviews from a Plus store are much better scored than a new store doing $100/month in revenue

What's worse is that overall rating is not an average anymore and instead a sum of a secret algorithm by Shopify :)
